1. Overview

At Rally Assist, we strive to provide the highest quality services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

2. Service Cancellation

Before Executive Arrival:

  • You may cancel your service request free of charge before our executive arrives at your location
  • No cancellation fees will be charged
  • If any advance payment was made, it will be refunded in full within 5-7 business days

After Executive Arrival:

  • If you cancel after our executive has arrived, a visit charge may apply
  • The visit charge covers travel and time costs
  • Any remaining amount after deducting the visit charge will be refunded

3. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with our service:

  • Please report the issue within 24 hours of service completion
  • Provide details and photographic evidence if applicable
  • We will investigate the complaint and take appropriate action
  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

4. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Service not performed as promised
  • Significant quality issues verified by our team
  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical errors in payment processing

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Services that have been fully completed and accepted
  • Emergency services where assistance was provided (battery jumpstart, fuel delivery, etc.)
  • Products or materials used during the service
  • PPF and Ceramic Coating once applied (unless defective)

6. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your service details, date, and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  5. Refund processing time: 5-10 business days

7. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued:

  • When only part of the service was unsatisfactory
  • When some materials/products were used before cancellation
  • Based on the assessment of our quality team

8. Disputes

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may:

  • Request a review by our management team
  • Provide additional evidence supporting your claim
  • We will make a final decision within 7 business days
